Rhona Walker – Managing Director

Rhona Walker

Rhona Walker, Managing Director of Avantage, has an extensive background in technical services within the meetings and events industry. Her history spans over 25 years, and includes the management of in-house audio visual services at the Carlton Crest (now Sebel Citigate). Rhona is also currently Managing Director of Solution RED.

Rhona plays an active role within the meetings and events industry. She is currently National Chair of Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) and Vice President of the Business Events Council of Australia.  In 2006 Rhona was a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year awards and in 2009 was named the “AIME Industry Person of the Year.
